Mint: Money, Bill Pay, Credit Score & Investing is a great, free budgeting and goal tracking tool. You are able to connect all of your financial accounts and view everything at an aggregate level.
However, if you are looking for help beyond basic budgeting, and are more interested in long-term financial planning/retirement planning, there are various tools/calculators offered by many firms like Fidelity, Vanguard, etc., but I think in many cases those are not robust enough to create a comprehensive financial plan.
